AJ Premier Ltd was founded by Tega Omezi, a highly accomplished finance leader with over 24 years of experience in senior accounting, financial management, and strategic roles. As a Fellow of the ACCA, she has a proven track record of driving operational efficiency, enhancing profitability, and ensuring regulatory compliance across multinational organizations.

With a strong foundation from a Big 4 accountancy firm, Tega has successfully navigated complex financial landscapes in private equity, fintech, manufacturing, insurance, healthcare and multinational corporations. Her expertise spans IFRS and UK GAAP reporting, Group Consolidations, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Treasury Management, and Business Transformation.
